House of Rosemarie is an independent, artisanal fragrance house. We offer a curated collection of hand-crafted perfumes, sample discovery kits, and editorial narratives. We reserve the right to alter pricing, fragrance formulations, and page details at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase from our online boutique or register an account. By interacting with our store, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Patron accounts must provide accurate, truthful details; you remain solely responsible for the security of your credentials.

4. Purchases, Orders & Guest Checkout

We welcome guest purchases. When checking out as a guest, you are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact email.
All purchases made through the boutique are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any fragrance, or refuse service to any purchaser, if we suspect unauthorized or commercial redistribution.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Patrons agree to use our digital boutique strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are explicitly prohibited from:

• Using automated scripts, scraping mechanisms, or crawlers to extract fragrance information, images, or pricing data.
• Attempting to bypass security systems, network filters, or payment gateway protocols.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is strictly capped at the amount paid by you to the House for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
